01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the winbd2 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions provided through winbd2.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on winbd2 is ৳500. We accept the following payment methods:

Please provide the correct reference number and details when making a deposit. winbd2 is not responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by incorrect information. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount on winbd2 is ৳800. For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended due to technical issues or security reviews.

4.3 Transaction Verification

winbd2 reserves the right to verify transactions if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and the transaction will remain on hold until verification is complete.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

winbd2 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳54,000

To receive this bonus, it must be activated at the time of your first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (20 times the bonus amount). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions — read them carefully when claiming any offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, winbd2 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Taking advantage of the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• While a bonus is active, only wagers placed on specified games will count toward the wagering requirement.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in each bonus description.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results on winbd2 are independent and fair. Our games are provided and operated using audited software from reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. There is no possibility of manipulation in game results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete or the result is uncertain due to a technical error, winbd2 reserves the right to refund the wager amount for that round. In such cases, technical logs and server records will be considered the final proof.

6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Multiple Device Use

A single account cannot be operated from multiple devices at the same time. Logging in from multiple devices simultaneously may interrupt the game session and result in an uncertain outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbd2 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person's name.

10 Limitation of Liability

winbd2 always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, winbd2's liability is limited or nil in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet connection disruption.
• Game interruption due to third-party software or hardware issues.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Service changes or discontinuation due to government regulations or legal changes.

In no case will winbd2's total liability exceed the total amount you deposited in the relevant month.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Account Closure by winbd2

winbd2 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating any part of these terms and conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
• Providing false information or failing KYC verification.
• Instructions or orders from legal authorities.

11.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, notify the support team via 24/7 live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, however this provision does not apply in cases of self-exclusion.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

winbd2 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
